Lemak Health's Gardendale office, also known as Lemak Health of North Jefferson, provides orthopedic and sports medicine care to Gardendale, Mt. Olive, Fultondale and Cullman, including access to the group's concussion management program. Concussion patients of any age receive a medical exam and neurocognitive testing, with further neuropsychological testing and therapy when indicated. The practice supports area school and club athletes through athletic outreach and sports safety programs, and sees patients weekdays by appointment.
