Vermont Concussion Collaborative

The Vermont Concussion Collaborative is a multidisciplinary network of health care practitioners who work together on the care of people recovering from concussion and mild traumatic brain injury. The group describes forming out of the practical need of clinicians who were already co-managing complicated cases, on the premise that concussion affects several body systems at once and calls for a coordinated plan. Members communicate across disciplines with the aim of more timely treatment planning and a return to the patient's fullest functional, occupational, recreational and personal wellbeing.
