Life Beyond Barriers Rehabilitation Group provides evidence-based, one-on-one vestibular therapy, treating post-concussion syndrome and balance problems after concussion or brain injury alongside other vestibular disorders. Sessions use specialized equipment such as body-weight-support systems and whole-body vibration, plus real-life functional environments like an ADL suite and varied terrain for gaze-stabilization, dual-tasking, gait and balance training. The group serves a wide range of neurologic and pediatric patients through physical, occupational and speech therapy.
