The Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee in Franklin provides concussion care through board-certified family and sports medicine physician Richard Gibson, M.D. Dr. Gibson works with athletic trainers in Williamson County Schools, who perform sideline evaluations and refer athletes with suspected concussions for further neurological assessment such as balance and eye-movement testing. He develops return-to-play plans of care for student-athletes.
